Ocala Preserve is an ideal special events, seminar, and wedding venue for those seeking a stunning private event space coupled with dramatic lakeside and golf course views. We are perfectly suited to accommodate celebrations up to 80 as well as unforgettable intimate events at our Chef’s Table.

Our Food & Beverage team is on-site from set-up to tear down, catering to your every need throughout your event, to ensure you’re not missing a moment.
You have access to a network of preferred vendors to ease your planning and help you dream big.
We’ll design your perfect event, from tabletops to event diagrams, menu tastings to bar packages.
Site fee includes chairs, standard linens and napkins, china, silverware, and glassware.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can we take photos on the grounds?

Of course! Photography is permitted prior to or following an event. Please coordinate with our Special Events Manager.

Do you allow the space to be decorated?

Absolutely! We welcome you to decorate with flowers, candles, lighting, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building structure that will cause damage. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers or on a stand to prevent damage to surfaces.

Do I need to be a Homeowner at Ocala Preserve to book an event?

No, you do not need to be a Homeowner to enjoy our beautiful event venues.

Do we receive a menu tasting?

Complimentary entrée tastings are provided for couples booking a wedding reception. (Up to 4 people complimentary.)

May we bring in an outside caterer?

Ocala Preserve will provide all of your food & beverage. We do not allow outside food or beverage to be brought in.

When can we do our ceremony rehearsal?

A ceremony rehearsal and dinner can be hosted the day prior to your wedding. Please coordinate with our Special Events Manager.

When is the final guest count due?

A guest guarantee is required 10 days prior to the wedding. The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction.
